It is May 27 and we are drying our last batch of cacao for the 2024 season. This has been a hectic season for us at Finca Chocolat but a great one. Not only did our internal production increase but we established partnerships with 20 farms in the area and have been buying and processing their wet cacao.
2024 has seen the cacao markets on a bit of a rollercoaster ride and it is no surprise that we have already sold all of our cacao for an excellent price and are taking preorders for 2025. We have big plans for the 2025 season and are grateful to our partners and customers for an excellent season!
