Limitless Expo 2025: A Sweet Success in Dallas

Last week, the Finca Chocolat team traveled to Dallas, Texas to participate in the Limitless Expo 2025 — an event that brought together over 1,400 high-net-worth investors with a shared interest in opportunities that go beyond the conventional.

While the expo primarily centers on U.S. real estate, Finca Chocolat stood out as a unique and compelling alternative. Our booth was buzzing from open to close each day, attracting consistent attention from attendees who were eager to explore something different.

What drew people in? A combination of things: the regenerative nature of our agroforestry model, the social and environmental impact of our work in Belize, and the strong returns associated with cacao, timber, and spice production. The concept of diversification through sustainable agriculture clearly resonated with the crowd — and of course, the farm-direct Belizean chocolate didn’t hurt either. (Out of over a thousand attendees, only one person wasn’t a fan!)

It was particularly energizing to connect with investors already well-versed in 506(c) Private Placement Offerings. With less time needed to explain the mechanics of the investment, we were able to focus on what really matters: the fundamentals of our business, the impact of our model, and the long-term value we aim to create.

Now that we’re back on the farm, the follow-up begins—and there’s plenty of it. But based on the strong interest we saw, we’re optimistic that a number of new investors will be joining the Finca Chocolat community in the months ahead.

If that happens, one thing is for sure: you’ll see us at future Limitless Expos!
